We have an immediate opening for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive a full range of online acquisition strategies. This is a full time, on-site position.
The Digital Marketing Manager will need to seamlessly execute multiple parallel campaigns, track their performance and identify new opportunities in increase online conversions (sales).
This role requires strengths in creative development, project management, strategic thinking, and the ability to work cross-functionally and has a passion for effective performance marketing that incorporates direct marketing best practices for online acquisition via search (PPC & SEO), email, social, display, and more!

- Determines target audience, devises campaign, and launches digital marketing campaigns to create sales, subscribers and drive incremental revenue per customer for the business
- Manage digital media marketing campaigns that will cover all target groups including prospects, existing customers, inquirers and formers but will primarily focus on prospects
- Manage and grow online acquisition campaign through SEM (PPC & SEO), Email, Affiliate and Display campaign performance through creative concept testing, price/offer, copy/messaging and landing page testing and optimization
- Manage agencies, partners/vendor relationship as well as recruiting new display partners
- Manage the day to day digital campaign process including negotiation, creative request, trafficking, approving, scheduling and tracking
- Lead programs, manage resources, and execute on customer acquisition strategies/plans
- Analyze and track data to maximize the performance of each campaign to achieve revenue, profit and quality targets
- Continuously research, identify and execute on testing new online marketing channels to drive traffic and revenue
- Become the internal subject matter expert for online acquisition strategies and tactics
